Bollywood actress Sophie Choudry met with an accident on 16th Road, Khar Gymkhana at Khar (West). Sophie Choudry was not driving the car at that time of the incident and there is no one injured in this accident. Senior police officer Sanjay More said that the incident took place on yesterday at 9.15 pm and the police reached the location at 10.30 pm. Sophie Choudry said that she is on the way to her home when an auto riksha tried to cross them. The accident happen because that auto driver misjudged the distance between two vehicles and rammed his autoriksha into her new Mercedes Benz car.
Sophie Choudry said that when they asked about the driving license of auto driver, then he simply said that he is not having driving license and just started the driving a week back. She said that it is completely ridiculous act and he could have killed someone with his driving. So, I have called the police. I have insured my car and there is no problem about the damage happen to my car and I will take care of that. But, it felt me strange that how the auto driver is driving his vehicle without driving license and who will be the responsible when he hits somebody. His acts are completely a threat to the citizens. Police officials arrested the accused Anees Ahmed (21) and booked him under IPC section. He will be produced in a local court soon.
