Sithara Entertainments’ 36th Film Announced: Rishab Shetty Takes Center Stage in Grand 18th-Century Action Drama

Sithara Entertainments has officially unveiled its 36th production, and the announcement has taken fans by surprise for all the right reasons. The makers have roped in Kannada star Rishab Shetty, best known for Kantara, to play the lead role in this ambitious new film, which is helmed by Ashwin Gangaraju of Aakashavaani fame.

Set in the 18th-century Bengal province of Bharat, the film explores a turbulent chapter in Indian history when rebellion and resistance were beginning to take shape. The makers describe it as a fictional historical action drama packed with emotion, scale, and high-stakes drama.

This film will be shot simultaneously in Telugu and Kannada, with a pan-India multilingual release planned in Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Hindi, and Malayalam, making it one of the most ambitious projects in recent times.

Backed by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya under Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas, and presented by Srikara Studios, the project is expected to deliver a cinematic spectacle for audiences across India.

With a power-packed team, period setting, and Rishab Shetty’s magnetic presence, this upcoming film is already being tagged as one of the most-awaited releases in Indian cinema.
