Sridevi Case Closed Body Handed Over To Family Members

Putting an end to all speculations, the Dubai Prosecution has finally handed over the dead body of Sridevi to her family members. It is understood that the public prosecution was not happy with the first autopsy report, which claimed ‘accidental drowning’ to be the reason for Sridevi’s death.

Clearing the air over the reason of death, a second post autopsy has also been performed on the actress. Currently, embalming process is going on. The embalmment procedure is performed to give a proper look and preserve for the body, without the cuts and stitches, which is a part of post-mortem.

The mortal remains of Sridevi will leave Dubai at around 6:00 pm in a special flight to Mumbai. The special flight carrying mortal remains (of Sridevi) is expected to reach Mumbai before midnight. Sources confirmed that the body will be placed in a nearby sports complex. But before that, few religious formalities are will be completed.

Moreover, it is still unclear whether Boney Kapoor will be accompanying Sridevi’s body or not. His passport is seized by the Dubai police, and he is likely to face a series of questions. Eminent film personalities from Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka already reached Sridevi’s house in Mumbai.
