As the elections are not very far, the ruling party TDP is all set to announce the first list of candidates very soon.The party chief Chandrababu Naidu has already started working on it and there are also many chances to see some new faces in the election battle this time. CBN has already given the signals to all his party members that if they fail to win the acclaim of the people in their respective constituencies the ticket will be right away denied.
In this context, there is a lot of discussions on the winning horses and the losing horses in the ruling party. Apart from this, there are a lot of speculations on Paritala Sriram, son of late Paritala Ravi of getting into active politics. Paritala Sriram has made his mark in Anantapur district by being very active in all the political affairs of the party in that district.
The TDP seems to be on positive side regarding the entry of Sriram but there is huge speculation that the chief is contemplating to give the ticket of Hindupur to Sriram. CBN’s brother-in-law Balakrishna is the current MLA for that constituency but due to the rise in incumbency in that constituency CBN seems to be in the idea of giving that ticket to Sriram and allocate the MP ticket to Balakrishna.
