Satyadev’s Rao Bahadur Teaser Released by SS Rajamouli
After impressing audiences with Kingdom and Arabia Kadali, actor Satyadev is back in the spotlight with his next big project, Rao Bahadur. Directed by Venkatesh Maha, the film promises to be an experimental psychological drama where Satyadev has undergone a complete transformation.
The makers recently unveiled the first look, followed by the teaser release today, digitally launched by ace filmmaker SS Rajamouli. The teaser has left viewers intrigued, showcasing Satyadev in multiple striking avatars — a regal prince, a beggar-like wanderer, a retro pop singer, and even a traditional teacher.
The big question teased in the video is whether all these roles are portrayed by a single person or if they exist in the imagination of Rao Bahadur while residing in the Bhuvanalaylam palace. This mystery forms the heart of the film’s narrative.
Set against the backdrop of a fading aristocracy, the movie’s cast includes Vikas Muppala, Deepa Thomas, Bala Parasar, Anand Bharathi, Pranay Vaka, Kunal Kaushik, Master Kiran, and others.
Rao Bahadur is presented by Mahesh Babu under the GMB Entertainments banner and jointly produced by Sri Chakraa Entertainments, A+S Movies, and Mahayana Motion Pictures. Smaran Sai is composing the music. The film is locked for a Summer 2026 theatrical release.
