The Story
Set in a coastal Karnataka village, the plot follows Ashok, a young man who one day encounters a ghost. The villagers believe he is possessed by Sulochana, a spirit from the nearby village of Someswaram. The village elder Ravana summons a swamiji to exorcise the ghost, but things spiral out of control. Who was the ghost? Did she finally leave Ashok? What challenges did the villagers face in the process? The suspense keeps audiences hooked until the end.
OTT Release
After its blockbuster theatrical run in both Kannada and Telugu, Su from So is now ready for its digital premiere. The makers have officially announced that the film will begin streaming on Jio Hotstar from the 5th of this month.
Directed by JP Tuminad and produced by Shashidhar Shetty Baroda, Rajbee Shetty, and Ravi Roy under the Lighter Buddha Films banner, the movie has set a new benchmark for small-budget cinema in India.
