The State Government has given the recruitment of 5,348 positions across different categories within the health department via direct recruitment. As per the Government Order (GO Ms No 69), the Telangana State Medical and Health Services Recruitment Board is tasked with expeditiously initiating the recruitment process, including issuing notifications and schedules.
To address immediate staffing needs, particularly for ensuring seamless inspections by the National Medical Commission (NMC) in government medical colleges, the State government has also authorized the health department to swiftly fill 4,356 vacancies on a contractual basis for a duration of one year.
