A redesigned “Arts & Culture” app for Android is released
Google has introduced a revamped version of its ‘Arts & Culture’ app for Android, with an iOS version set to be released soon.
The updated app aims to provide a platform for a wide range of diverse cultural content contributed by over 3,000 partners worldwide. This allows individuals to engage with and explore various cultural expressions from a cultural perspective, according to a blog post by the tech giant on Wednesday.
In order to enhance the accessibility and user experience of these partner contributions, Google has implemented changes to the mobile app. The updates introduce novel ways to discover and interact with cultural content. Users now have the option to choose between exploring artifacts, cultural narratives, partner collections, and more. Furthermore, they can refine their exploration based on various dimensions, including location, topic, and creator.
