The main cast is Allari Naresh with Anandhi as a female lead and other actors like Vennela Kishore and Chammak Chandra are going to have a major roles.
The makers of the movie ‘Itlu Maredumilli Prajaneekam’ have released an interesting first look poster of Naresh carrying a cot leg on his shoulders with a wounded face and hands.
