Natural Star Nani’s The Paradise is continuing its theatrical run with a strong hold in the Nizam region. The action drama opened on a massive note, setting an all-time record among medium-sized films in Telangana with its Day 1 performance.
On the opening day, The Paradise reportedly generated a distributor share of Rs. 13.3 crore in the Nizam region, excluding GST. The impressive figure marked a significant milestone for the film and reflected the strong pre-release buzz surrounding Nani’s latest outing.
The film maintained its momentum on the second day as well. Despite being a working day, The Paradise is reported to have collected more than Rs. 5 crore in distributor share in Nizam on Day 2, excluding GST. The performance represents a strong hold compared with its massive opening-day numbers.
With the Day 2 collections added, the film’s two-day distributor share in the Nizam region has crossed Rs. 18 crore, excluding GST. The steady performance has provided the film with a healthy start in one of its key theatrical territories.
Interestingly, The Paradise has received mostly negative reviews from critics. Despite the mixed critical response, the film has continued to attract audiences in Telangana, with its setting appearing to connect particularly well with viewers in the region.
The Telangana backdrop has emerged as an important factor in the film’s theatrical performance. The strong collections during the first two days have also helped the film maintain a healthy pace toward recovering its business in the territory.
