It is known news that Chennai beauty Trisha Krishnan was supposed to romance Megastar Chiranjeevi in Acharya, under the direction of Koratala Siva but later she walked out of the project and the makers roped Kajal Aggarwal in this film.
However, according to the latest buzz in the film industry, Trisha Krishnan is in talks for Chiranjeevi starrer upcoming Telugu film, which is remake of Malayalam movie Lucifer remake.
Mohan Raja is on the board to helm this remake and the makers are planning to rope a top actress to play the love interest to Chiranjeevi’ character.
In the past both Chiru and Trisha Krishnan have worked together for the movie Sralin and if everything goes accordingly, after a gap of 15 years, once again they will collaborate.
On 16th December, Mohan Raja shared a picture with Chiranjeevi and announced that he will be directing the Lucifer remake. Lucifer is a political drama which is helmed by Prithviraj Sukumaran.
Meanwhile Trisha Krishnan is currently busy shooting for her next Tamil film Ponniyin Selvan, which is being helmed by Mani Ratnam.
Meanwhile, Chiranjeevi is waiting to complete his social message oriented movie Acharya, directed by Koratala Siva, in which Ram Charan is playing a cameo.
