Trump Policies Impact Indian IT Sector: Day by day IT glory is decreasing. Already employees are frighten for pink slips. And now a survey says that even increments got decreased it seems. Pharmacy follows slow and steady win the race by pushing back IT.
Switching jobs in IT is very common but this time the number increased more. With pink slips, removal of reserve bench, less increments and with less job security employers are changing for different companies. But in pharmacy companies against to the changing jobs.
Previously 20 to 30 percent increments are there in IT sector. But because of Trump, it reduced to 9 percent. Only in pharmacy sector has more 10 percent increments.
