UGC NET December 2023: Provisional Answer Key Released

Date:

On January 3, the National Testing Agency (NTA) released the provisional answer keys for the University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) held in December 2023. You can find the answer keys on the official exam website, ugcnet.nta.ac.in. If you’re not happy with the provisional key, you have until January 5 to raise objections.

If you want to challenge the answer key, you need to pay a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 200 per question. The NTA mentioned that experts will review the challenges, and if they find a challenge valid, the Answer Key will be updated, and all candidates’ responses will be adjusted accordingly. The final result will be based on this revised Answer Key. Candidates won’t receive individual notifications about their challenges being accepted or not. The key finalized by the experts after the challenges will be considered final.

The UGC NET exam covered 83 subjects and took place in 292 cities across the country from December 6 to 19, with a total of 9,45,918 candidates participating.
