AP State Govt. – UNESCO TECH Conference from 16th December, Visakhapatnam

Previously, Hyderabad happened to be the host for various national and international conferences organized by the Government and Private organizations. But after the partition of the state, Andhra Pradesh government made Vishakhapatnam as its major host. Recently, after the success of ‘Global Agri-Tech Conference’ which even saw Microsoft Co-Founder Bill Gates as a guest, the ‘City of Destiny’ is once again preparing to host another International conference.
‘Transforming Education Conference for Humanity’ is the abbreviation for TECH.
The Andhra Pradesh State Government and the UNESCO will be hosting the 3-day ‘TECH Conference 2017’ in the city of Visakhapatnam. City’s joint collector G. Srujana has been appointed as the ‘Nodal Officer’ for the upcoming ‘Tech Conference 2017’.
It is expected that 150 Professors, Educationists and 130 Teachers who won ‘State Award for the Best Teacher’ will be attending the conference. The theme of the conference is ‘21st Century Skills’.
The state government sources have confirmed that 1000 representatives from 55 countries will be attending the conference. Political leaders and Officials from 15 Countries, 5 Software Companies, and 13 Start-Up Companies representatives will also take part in the conference. The conference will be held from 16th December – 18th December 2017.
