The Vande Bharat Express between Visakhapatnam and Secunderabad has been canceled
The Visakhapatnam-Secunderabad Vande Bharat Express was canceled on Thursday due to technical issues, leading to passenger inconvenience. The train, numbered 20833, was supposed to depart at 5:45 a.m., but passengers were notified of the cancellation at 5 a.m.
In response, the Waltair division of the East Coast Railway made alternative arrangements by operating a special train on the same route with the same stops as the Vande Bharat Express. The special train departed from Visakhapatnam Railway Station at 7 a.m. The Division Railway Manager for Waltair expressed regret for the inconvenience caused.
Saurabh Prasad, the Divisional Railway Manager, personally oversaw the arrangements at the Visakhapatnam Station and noted that passengers were satisfied with the provision of an alternative train for their convenience. He also announced that catering services were available on the special train and urged passengers to make use of them.
