Vijay Deverakonda’s Kingdom Gets Mixed OTT Reception; Fans Miss Hridayam Lopala Song

Date:

Vijay Deverakonda’s big-budget film Kingdom has finally made its way to OTT platforms, but the response has been far from impressive. Fans were left disappointed as the chartbuster song Hridayam Lopala was missing from the streaming version.

While the movie opened to decent hype, its OTT reception has been underwhelming. Many viewers criticized the film’s slow pacing, especially the dull first half, which failed to engage audiences.

Directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri and made on a massive budget of ₹130 crore, Kingdom was extensively shot in Sri Lanka. However, despite its grandeur, fans feel that Vijay Deverakonda’s potential as an intense performer was underutilized due to weak vision and execution.

Producer Naga Vamsi is said to have faced heavy losses, and with such a poor reception, many believe a sequel should not even be considered.
