Will Political entry make any difference to Rajinikanth movies

Thalaiva on the last day of last year made an official announcement that he is entering into politics and starting his own party. This news cheered all his fans and many politicians and celebrities welcomed the move positively. Speculations are going on whether this move is going to make any impact on his next two films Kaala and 2 Point O.
The movie ‘Kaala’ is being produced by his own son-in-law Dhanush and is directed by Pa. Ranjith of ‘Kabaali’ fame. Anywhere around Rs.200 crore is riding on this project.
On the other side, ‘2 Point O’ is directed by Shankar and is produced by LYCA is being made with a mammoth budget of Rs.450 crore.
Experts predict that Rajinikanth’s political announcement will definitely go to make an influence on his upcoming projects. ‘2 Point O’ could be most affected, as huge money is riding on the Science- fiction flick.
We can find, Rajini’s fans are spread over in all political parties. Majorly we can see them in AIADMK and DMK activists are fans of Rajinikanth. Will they now back him as a politician is a million dollar question? If they don’t come forward to support him, it will surely go to cost the investors majorly.
