21-Member Committee To Resolve TFI Issues

After days of an ongoing row over casting couch and other problems faced by artists in Telugu Film Industry, the government came up with a 21-member committee to resolve the same. The committee will be working with Yarlagadda Supriya (Annapurna Studios Executive Director) as the convener. People heading the 24 crafts in the TFI will be a part of this 21-member committee.
The committee will take key decisions on how to resolve various problems faced by the artists over multiple conference sessions. Parallelly, the process for establishing the CASH Committee, which looks the casting couch practice in the industry, is in progress.
Close sources confirmed that even the CASH Committee will be a 21-member body. And more than half of the members will be social activists, and lawyers confirmed the source.
The rest of the people will be from the film fraternity. It is known that, after Pawan Kalyan went to the Telugu Film Chamber, things have picked up a rapid pace.
