50s for Dhawan and Kohli! 3rd fifty in a row for Dhawan

Indian star opener, Shikhar Dhawan went on to score a memorable fifty in the 4th ongoing ODI with South Africa. After winning the toss and electing to bat first, Dhawan started positively, while out-form Rohit Sharma started tentatively. Apart from sending the ball through the covers for a boundary in the 2nd over, Rohit was struggling to rotate the strike. As the pressure mounted upon him, and his tentative approach on what seemed like a batting paradise, Rohit Sharma was caught & bowled by KG Rabada.
In came the in-form Indian captain Virat Kohli, who carried his form into this match. In the 19th over of the match, Shikhar Dhawan, who is playing his 100th match, reached 50 runs. This is the third 50 in a row in this series for Shikhar Dhawan. He has scored 4200 runs (and counting) in 100 matches.
After playing some scintillating strokes, Virat Kohli is playing the anchor role, while Dhawan is his usual. The duo has completed the 100-run partnership for the 2ndwicket and 2nd time in a row.
With Ab de Villiers back in the team, South Africa are looking strong on paper.
