We all know that Chandrababu Naidu has been issued a non-bailable warrant by the Dharmabad court citing the agitation made by the TDP chief and 14 others eight years back near the Babli project. The people of Telugu speaking states and many others are of the opinion that BJP is resorting to vendetta politics. Amit Shah has reached Hyderabad in the morning today to kick-start the political campaign of BJP in Mahabubnagar, Telangana this evening. After having a grand welcome from the BJP party men, the BJP president has briefed with media for a while.
One of the journos has brought the topic of A.P CM’s non-bailable warrant regarding the agitation at Babli project and asked him upfront about any hand of vendetta politics. Amit Shah’s rivetting reply has left the journo’s and people over there in awe. Amit Shah stated that non-bailable warrant of CBN is the political vendetta of Congress but not BJP. He further gave a clarification that Congress is the party which is in power both in the state and centre when the charge sheet is filed and it has nothing to do with BJP regarding this.
Amit Shah has very cleverly and strategically answered the question and pushed the ball into the opposition court where many of the BJP state leaders failed to do so. As TDP and Congress are joining hands for the coming general elections, Amit Shah has strategically played to bring an impact in the grand alliance. This smart move by Amit Shah has not only surprised many but also made them feel awe.
