The new Telugu reality TV shows “Pellichoopulu” copied the theme from American hit series “The Bachelor and umpteen desi” to offer a concept seen because the anchor shrilly claims for the “the first time within the history of Telugu television, which is not true”. The Telugu theme is: one man is wooed with the aid of 14 women, all vying to win his hand in a few forms of televised happily ever until cameras are focused on them. The bachelor who is the recipient of those bountiful attentions is famous Telugu anchor Pradeep Machiraju. Another popular Telugu TV anchor Suma Kankala hosts Pelli Choopulu.
Hence, some Telugu viewers are disillusioned with the show Pelli Choopulu. They assume that Pradeep Machiraju will not marry all people on the quiet of the show and he has joined fingers with Star Maa for money. Both the anchor and TV channels are playing with the sentiments of the targeted audience for money and they’re commercializing holy union marriage.
