Andhra Pradesh Assembly design finalized!

Andhra Pradesh’s State Assembly design has been reportedly finalized. The construction of an assembly was inevitable after the bifurcation of the combined-state of Andhra Pradesh. In a meeting chaired by Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu, the representatives of the Norman Foster Architecture Company and its partners, the CRDA Officials and film director SS Rajamouli.
The ‘Tower Design’ has been finally chosen as the new Andhra Pradesh State Assembly design. It is also understood that SS Rajamouli has given some suggestion to bring out the cultural dimension in the final design.
Reportedly, the tower design would feature the State Assembly Hall on the ground floor and rest of the facilities above. The design also includes a bird’s eye of the Capital City of Amaravati. The ‘Tower Design’ looks artistic and blends with the modern world.
The second design features a square-shaped structure, with an inward slanting architecture. This design illustrates modern architecture with a blend of European designing style.
The CM and CRDA officials have confirmed that they would seek public feedback on both designs, following which a final call will be taken.
