Anushka Sensational Comments On High Remuneration To Male Actors

Anushka Shetty is well-known for her larger than life characters on the silver screen. She is undoubtedly the Lady superstar in Tollywood. Let be her role in Arundhati or Baahubali, the yoga teacher turned actress definitely is the heartthrob of over 100 million. The actress is eagerly waiting for her movie ‘Bhaagamathie’ release on January 26th, 2018.

Speaking to media friends, she shared some exciting stuff about her and on the film industry. In particular, talking about the high remuneration paid to male star heroes, Anushka said, ‘in any profession, the pay is often linked to the hard work. If a movie fails at the box-office, the hero is at a great loss. That’s the reason they often get paid high. In fact, it is the hero who has to carry the film on his shoulders. I believe it is fair on their part to take a high remuneration. Rather than combating for remuneration, let us move forward in developing strong scripts, and characters for us (heroines)’.

Anushka’s ‘Bhaagamathie’ is a bilingual horror-thriller film. Pilla Zamindar fame, G Ashok is directing, and UV Creations and Studio Green together are producing the film. SS Thaman composed the music for the film.
