BJP’s new weapon in Karnataka Hanuman’s birthplace

It is obvious that every human has emotional feelings. These days, not only movies cash on the emotions of the audience, but even politics too. This fact has been proved many numbers of times. The best example is the BJP party. BJP party had only 2 seats in Lok Sabha 35 years ago. But as of now, BJP rules 19 of the 29 states in the Republic of India.
This is a clear indication, of how a religious party like BJP played with people’s emotions to come into the power. Though BJP linked Pakistan to Gujarat Elections, the people of the state ignored it. Realizing this, BJP came back to its trademark politics.
Just like the 2014 General Elections revolved around The ‘Rama Mandir’ and ‘Rama’s Birthplace’ in Ayodhya, now BJP is elevating the topic of ‘Hanuman’s Birthplace’ in Karnataka for its own political gain.
The people of Karnataka look up-to Tipu Sultan as a great warrior who fought for the Mysore kingdom. Given the people’s wish, Karnataka’s Chief Minister Siddaramaiah wanted to officially celebrate Tipu Sultan’s birth anniversary. As soon as this announcement came out, the BJP leader alleged Siddaramaiah that he is doing vote-bank politics.
Soon, the UP CM Yogi Adityanath joined the frame and furiously stated that ‘how can we celebrate the birth anniversary of someone like Tipu Sultan on the land where the greatest devotee of Lord Rama, Hanuman was born’. This not only shocked everyone but once again stood out as an example to what extent BJP can go and create ‘communal politics’.
