BMW introduced its latest all-electric vehicle, the BMW i5 M60 xDrive, in India, boasting a starting price of Rs 1,19,50,000 at ex-showrooms nationwide. Available in a range of paint options including M Brooklyn Grey and Phytonic Blue, this model blends the heritage of BMW’s ‘5’ series with the performance of ‘M’ and the eco-friendliness of ‘i’, according to Vikram Pawah, president of BMW Group India.
This luxury car, now available as a Completely Built-Up Unit (CBU), offers a standard two-year warranty with unlimited kilometres, extendable up to the fifth year with Repair Inclusive. The high-voltage battery warranty spans eight years or 160,000 kilometres.
Safety features include six airbags, DSC with CBC, side-impact protection, and more. The BMW i5 M60 xDrive accelerates from 0 to 100 km/hr in 3.8 seconds, reaching a top speed of 230 km/hr.
Moreover, buyers receive a complimentary BMW Wallbox charger for home installation, allowing convenient charging of up to 11 kW. Optionally, a 22 kW AC Charging Professional is also available.
