AP High Court Will Be Late

Date:

Central Government Declared AP High Court Setup Will Take Time: The central government gave another shock to Telangana CM. At this moment the high court setup in AP is impossible as the decision is in state government hands. The central government declared that the construction of permanent buildings is not yet started. The state government will consult Hyderabad high court and form court, when the construction starts.

TRS MP’s are shocked with the central government declaration in parliament. In the high court, already Andhra is ruling. With this, the TRS leaders are in dilemma. There is a rule in division act to use the high court for 10 years combined. So they are feeling bad that CM Chandrababu is utilizing this situation.

AP high court will be formed after having court buildings, judges, officers and personal residence. With this central government declaration, TRS became sad. Even CM KCR wants them to go as fast as they can. CM KCR is feeling that CM Chandrababu is purposely not thinking to build the high court as they are building many things.
