Chandrababu Naidu Attends Mega PTM 4.0, Shares Lunch with Tribal Students
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, along with Education Minister Nara Lokesh, participated in the Mega Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM 4.0) at the Government High School and Junior College in Rampachodavaram on Friday.
The event was organized as part of the state government’s initiative to strengthen public education by encouraging greater participation from parents and improving academic accountability. Holding the programme in the tribal region of Rampachodavaram highlighted the government’s focus on improving educational opportunities in remote and agency areas.
During the visit, Chandrababu Naidu and Nara Lokesh interacted with parents, teachers, and students while reviewing students’ academic progress through the state’s digital monitoring system. The discussions focused on learning outcomes, school development, and increasing parental involvement in children’s education.
In a heartwarming gesture, the Chief Minister joined tribal students for the Dokka Seethamma midday meal at the school. He shared lunch with the students and sought feedback on the quality of meals, school infrastructure, and teaching standards. The interaction also provided parents and local community representatives an opportunity to raise their concerns and suggestions directly with the state’s leadership.
The Andhra Pradesh government believes that institutionalizing parent-teacher engagement across government schools will help improve foundational learning, reduce dropout rates, and enhance the overall quality of public education across the state.
