Naidu To File Recall Petition On Dharmabad Court Notice

A few Weeks Back Dharmabad Court in Maharashtra dismissed the recall petition and court ordered that the AP Chief Minister, N Chandrababu Naidu, ought to appear before it on Oct 15. The Dharmabad Judicial First-Class Magistrate, NR Ghajbiye, asked the advocate for what valid reason Naidu and others didn’t appear regarding the non-bailable arrest warrants issued against them in the Babli project agitation case.

Advocate Subba Rao filed a recall petition to the court

In a serious note, the Judge commented that courts did not separate between a CM and a common man and all be equivalent before the law. On Behalf of AP CM Chandrababu Naidu, Advocate Subba Rao filed a recall petition to the court. The advocates will file a recall petition at Darmabad District Magistrate court for Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu.

Amid a meeting on Babli project case

Amid a meeting on Babli project case held at his residency Undavalli with the ministers and legal advisers, the ministers suggested Chandrababu Naidu not to go to attend in the court, but send advocates to file a recall petition against the nonbailable arrest warrant, on Saturday. They said the CM may file a recall to get rid of his physical presence so that he will get a chance to work on Public and Government issues, stated by TDP Leader.
