Comedian Vijay Sai Vanitha Reddy Case Update

Vanitha Reddy, the wife of the comedian Vijay Sai, who recently committed suicide owing to family issues, has surrendered to the police. The police have taken her into custody and are enquiring her.
The police are carrying out an investigation based on the selfie video taken by Vijay Sai before committing suicide. In the video, he alleged that his wife Vanitha Reddy, her legal counsel and another man are responsible for his suicide.
Vijay Sai in his selfie video also stated that he was harassed by Vanitha Reddy with respect to alimony and maintenance cases. It is learned that the police have pressed charges on Vanitha Reddy on ‘mental harassment’ and other sections.
Vanitha Reddy accused Vijay Sai on various issues, following his death. After the controversial selfie video of Vijay Sai surfaced out, Vanitha Reddy took to media channels and claimed that Vijay Sai to be a pervert and alleged that he has illicit relations with many women. She also claimed that Vijay Sai is HIV positive. Post that, Vanitha Reddy was nowhere seen. She appeared on a TV News channel before surrendering to the police.
She has reportedly submitted few key pieces of evidence regarding the case. Speaking to the media near the police station, Vanitha Reddy stated that she is visiting the police after receiving a ‘surrender notice’ from the police department.
