A Delhi court on Saturday granted interim bail to RJD supremo Lalu Prasad’s wife Rabri Devi, son and previous vice president serve Tejashwi Yadav and other charged who was available in the court, in the IRCTC scam case filed by the Enforcement Directorate (ED). Delhi court special Judge Arun Bhardwaj also conceded interim bail till November 19 to Rabri Devi. The court has settled November 19 as the following date of hearing for the case. The Delhi court has coordinated RJD supremo Lalu Prasad to be produced through video conference on November 19 in cases documented by CBI and ED.
All the blamed need to outfit a personal obligation of Rs 1 lakh with one lakh sum as surety, as directed by the court. Prasad did not show up before the court on Friday as he is detained in a Jharkhand imprison on another charge.
