Nani’s The Paradise is making headlines once again, this time for its performance on OTT. After completing its theatrical run, the film premiered on Netflix in multiple languages and quickly attracted attention from streaming audiences.
Interestingly, the film secured the No. 1 position on Netflix’s ‘Top 10 Movies in India’ list soon after its digital debut. While newly released films often make their way to the top of streaming charts, The Paradise’s achievement has caught attention because the movie faced considerable criticism, particularly over its filmmaking and presentation.
Despite the mixed reactions, the film’s strong position on Netflix suggests that audiences are still showing considerable interest in the project. However, whether it can make a mark on Netflix’s global Top 10 charts remains to be seen.
Directed by Srikanth Odela and produced by SLV Cinemas, The Paradise features Kayadu Lohar as the female lead, while Mohan Babu plays the antagonist. The film also stars Raghav Juyal, Sonali Kulkarni, Sampoornesh Babu, and others.
Anirudh Ravichander composed the music for the film, which continues to generate discussion even after its theatrical release.
Although the film’s reception has been mixed, its early OTT chart performance has given it a fresh wave of attention. Its subsequent performance on the streaming platform will determine whether it can maintain its position in the coming days.
