Dhanbad High Court Gives A Clean Chit To CBN

Date:

The ten years long case which troubled the TDP National Chief Chandrababu Naidu has finally closed leaving the AP CM in some peace. Details about this case as follows. Before ten years, CBN had protested in the State of Maharastra against its Government regarding the Babri project over the river Godavari. Then, he was arrested and sent back to the AP along with some TDP leaders but the case remained in pending. Recently the Dhanbad Court of Maharastra sent notices to the CBN for skipping the Court sessions regarding this case.

As the AP CM got busy with his works, the HC then issued a Non-Bailable Warrant against CBN.However, the AP CM arranged an experienced Advocate from the Apex Court of India for a recall petition on this case. After hearings, the Dhanbad Court finally levelled this case on CBN and set him free of all charges. Earlier, it has heavily conspired that this case was reiterated by the ruling party BJP to corner CBN and put him behind bars. With the latest verdict of Maharastra High Court, it is pretty much clear that this case has no link with CBN’s rivalry with BJP.
