Tollywood is briefly classified into two parts; before and after Baahubali. Such is the impact Baahubali has on Telugu audience. Few movie enthusiasts are so made and obsessed that, they start taking the name of Amarendra Baahubali even in their dreams. While few kids start fighting off while they are asleep.
The same obsessions at times can become a speed breaker for few movies. In recent times, people are comparing every periodic film to Baahubali. And Megastar Chiranjeevi ‘Sye Raa’ is no the exception to that. It was delightful for everyone to see Megastar Chiranjeevi in a royal look, from the leaked pics of Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy.
Where are the similarities?
But it did not take long for the enthusiasts to identify the similarities between Amarendra Baahubali’s attire, and Chiranjeevi’s attire. Moreover, right from the beard, hairstyle, and even the colour of clothing draws great resemblance to Prabhas’ role in Baahubali. This has already sparked controversy in the film circles.
It will be interesting to see what measures director Surender Reddy will take to keep the ‘similarities’ and ‘resemblances’ away. The recent news did not go well with Mega fans on social media.
