Krish is often the most heard name when it comes to unique movies. His flicks like Gamyam, Vedham, Kanche and Gautamiputra Satakarni clearly testify him as a versatile director. He is currently busy with his second film in Bollywood, ‘Manikarnika – The Queen of Jhansi’ starring Kangana Ranaut in the lead role.

Parallelly, the director is also producing films under the production house ‘Frist Frame’. The latest buzz is that Krish is planning to produce the upcoming ‘space-themed’ film starring Varun Tej, under the direction of Sankalp Reddy. Impressed with the story narrated by Sankalp Reddy, Krish wanted to produce the film by himself.

The movie is likely to cost a whopping 40 crores. Even before the film has gone on to set, it is already generating ripples in terms of its pre-release business. Already a reputed film distribution agency has bagged the overseas rights of the film for a high sum.

Adding to this, star producer and distributor Dil Raju have reportedly struck a deal worth Rs 20 crores for the film’s theatrical rights in the Telugu states. The film is likely to generate a pre-release business of Rs 40 crores. Given Krish’s involvement, the brand value of the project has gone to another level. The director Sankalp Reddy made a strong debut with his war film ‘The Ghazi Attack’.
