The much-anticipated movie Game Changer, starring global superstar Ram Charan and directed by the renowned Shankar, was released worldwide on Friday. The film has made a remarkable debut, grossing over Rs. 186 crore on its first day, as confirmed by the makers. “Released in King Size Entertainment theaters, Game Changer has achieved a blockbuster opening at the box office. On day one, it has collected more than Rs. 186 crore worldwide,” the team shared via tweet.
The makers also revealed that more than 1.3 million tickets were sold through the popular online booking platform, Book My Show. With the weekend and Sankranti holidays around the corner, trade analysts predict that ticket sales will continue to rise.
In Game Changer, Ram Charan and Ram Nandan deliver powerful performances as father and son. The movie also features Bollywood actress Kiara Advani, who stars opposite Ram Charan. Produced by Dil Raju on a grand scale under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Cine Creations, the film boasts a story by Tamil director Karthik Subbaraj. Other key roles are played by Samuthirakani, SJ Surya, Srikanth, Sunil, Naveen Chandra, and Anjali.
