Flipkart to launch its own Smartphone ‘Billion Capture Plus’
Online Tech-giant Flipkart is expected to launch its own Smartphone. The upcoming Smartphone has been named as ‘Billion Capture Plus.’ In the age of stiff competition among the current Smartphone players, it looks like Flipkart is making a bold move. It is learned that the phone would be featuring a double camera on its rear and a full HD 1920*1080 pixel display. The phone would be running on Android’s 7.0 (Nougat).
A promotion released by Flipkart features a video with the tag ‘hours of battery life with minutes of Charging.’ Form this it is pretty clear that the phone could include the ‘fast charging’ feature.
From the released images it is clear that the smartphone will include Finger-print sensor and a dual LED flash for the primary camera.
No pricing information about the phone has been revealed. Gadget experts believe that ‘Billion Capture Plus’ would be priced somewhere between Rs. 8000 – Rs 12000, and will most likely target the market captured by Remdi, Lenovo, Motorola, and Micromax.
Flipkart stated that there would be 130 ‘Billion Capture Plus’ service centers in 125 Indian cities.
