Atharvaa’s coming-of-age romantic drama Idhayam Murali has officially made its digital debut on Netflix after completing its theatrical run. Released in Telugu as Hrudayam Murali, the film received a decent response from audiences during its time in cinemas.
Following its theatrical success, Idhayam Murali is now available for streaming on Netflix in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada, allowing viewers across the country to enjoy the film in their preferred language.
The romantic entertainer earned positive feedback during its theatrical release, and the makers will now be hoping to replicate that success on OTT. It remains to be seen whether the film can strike a chord with home audiences and expand its reach through digital streaming.
Directed by Aakash Baskaran, the film features Atharvaa, Preity Mukhundhan, Kayadu Lohar, Natarajan Subramaniam, Ramki, Niharika NM, Rakshan, and others in prominent roles. Fahadh Faasil and Malavika Mohanan make special cameo appearances. Produced under the Dawn Pictures banner, Idhayam Murali has music composed by Thaman, who also appears in a supporting role.
