Itllu Arjuna, the maiden production venture of Chalo and Bheeshma director Venky Kudumula, is gearing up for its theatrical release. The film is being produced under his What Next Entertainments banner and introduces Aniesh, who is making his silver-screen debut as the lead.
The project also marks the directorial debut of Mahesh Uppala, while Anaswara Rajan plays the female lead. The team has already created curiosity around the film through its promotional material and unique premise.
The latest update is that Itllu Arjuna will hit theatres on October 9. The film initially grabbed attention with its title glimpse, which featured a powerful voiceover by Akkineni Nagarjuna. The makers subsequently unveiled a series of posters and two songs, both of which received an encouraging response from audiences.
The second single, Chinni Chinni, released recently and quickly became a talking point. The song has been appreciated for its melodious composition, while the chemistry and dance moves of the lead pair have added to its appeal.
One of the film’s interesting aspects is the protagonist’s characterization. The lead character is portrayed as a deaf and mute person, giving the story a distinctive emotional dimension. Considering this unique premise, composer Thaman is reportedly paying special attention to the film’s music and sound design.
With an unconventional central character, a fresh lead pair, and an interesting promotional campaign, Itllu Arjuna is steadily building curiosity ahead of its October 9 release. The makers will now look to maintain the momentum with more promotional content in the coming weeks.
