Jason Sanjay, son of Tamil superstar Vijay, is reportedly preparing to make his acting debut after exploring filmmaking as his first career choice. Unlike many star kids, Jason initially stepped behind the camera as a director with Sigma, an action entertainer starring Sundeep Kishan. However, the film failed to achieve the expected box-office success.
Following his directorial venture, reports emerged that Jason Sanjay was interested in pursuing acting and had started listening to scripts for his debut project.
According to the latest industry buzz, Dude director Keerthiswaran is being considered to direct Jason Sanjay’s launchpad film. Adding to the speculation, star filmmaker Atlee is reportedly planning to produce the project.
The news has generated considerable discussion on social media, although neither the director nor the production team has officially confirmed these developments.
Meanwhile, Keerthiswaran also has another interesting project lined up with actor Silambarasan TR (Simbu), which is expected to go on floors soon.
