Jayalalithaa’s niece Deepa kidnapped?
Jayalalithaa’s niece, Deepa Jayakumar has been missing since the last four day. With police unclear about her sudden disappearance, the Chennai’s eyes are on her once again. Deepa Jayakumar was nowhere to be seen when Jayalalithaa was alive. Post the demise of Jayalalithaa, Deepa’s refute with Shashikala made headlines all over Tamil Nadu.
Many predicted that Deepa would be joining hands with Paneer Selvam. Interestingly, Deepa started her own party and tried to make a name for herself. The moment she started to actively take part in the Tamil politics, her personal life started gaining more attention. Deepa’s close resemblance to her late aunt Jayalalithaa was the only thing that pulled the crowd towards her in the initial days.
As days went by, it was evident that she was having serious disputes with her husband Madhavan, even though they were living in the same house. Things got sore when her husband publicly filed a case against her stating that, he is having a death threat from Deepa’s car driver. Though Deepa dismissed the allegations and explained the same to the police, Deepa’s image has been marred.
Post that incident, Deepa was nowhere to be seen. It is still unclear whether she chooses to go into incognito, or someone has kidnapped her given the current turmoil in her personal life and failed political entry.
