The rural drama Kothapallilo Okappudu, released in theaters on July 18, 2025, is now streaming on Aha OTT. The film gained attention during its promotions as it was backed by Rana Daggubati’s Spirit Media and marked the directorial debut of Praveena Paruchuri, who also co-produced the project.
As announced earlier, Aha has launched the OTT premiere of Kothapallilo Okappudu today. However, the platform has given early access exclusively to Aha Gold subscribers, while regular users will be able to stream it starting tomorrow.
Despite notable performances from Manoj Chandra, Usha Bonela, and Ravindra Vijay, the movie could not create a big impact at the box office due to its weak execution. With its digital release on Aha, it remains to be seen whether the film receives a better response from home audiences.
On the technical side, the music was composed by Mani Sharma and Varun Unni, while Gopalakrishna Paruchuri and Praveena Paruchuri handled the production responsibilities under Spirit Media’s support.
