Congress Party Did Nothing For Farmers – KTR

Former Telangana IT & Industries Minister Kalvakuntla Taraka Rama Rao received a grand welcome with huge bike rally on his arrival to Yadagirigutta on Sunday. In a media event, KTR said that the Congress party leaders may get tickets for upcoming elections by pleasing Rahul Gandhi and Chandrababu Naidu. But, their efforts will not get success in Telangana and the people will not support them.KTR also said that TRS government is the only one in India that was providing 24 hours of continuous power supply to the farmers by giving high priority to the Agriculture sector.

KTR also reminded about Raythu Bandhu

He has also pointed out the Congress party for their false promise of 9 hours current supply to the farmers for their agricultural needs in its 2009 elections manifesto and didn’t provide a minimum of 6 hours current supply to the farmers.KTR also reminded about Raythu Bandhu scheme which is now providing financial help of Rs. 8000 per acre per year to the farmers and promised to increase the amount to Rs. 10, 000 per acre, if they vote for TRS in upcoming elections.

He also said that Telangana farmers are not facing any problems to get the seeds and fertilizers like earlier. KTR has shown his confidence that the TRS party would win the elections held in December with the highest majority. After retaining the power, the TRS government would implement all its pre-poll promises such as Aasara pensions hike from Rs. 1000 to Rs. 2016, Disabled pensions hike from Rs. 1500 to Rs. 3016 and also provide unemployment allowance of Rs. 3016 from 12th December.

KCR should be the CM of Telangana

He said that the previous governments of United Andhra Pradesh have neglected the development of Yadagiri Temple but TRS government was developing Yadadri like Tirumala. KCR should be the CM of Telangana again to develop the state to put it as the best state in India and assured to extend MMTS services up to Rayagiri. KTR also said that TRS government would supply the irrigation facility through Kaleshwaram project to 1. 4 lakh acres in Alair Constituency after retaining the power.
