LinkedIn unveiled its AI Copy Suggestion tool

LinkedIn has launched an AI-generated Copy Suggestions tool that uses generative AI and data from a user’s LinkedIn Page to create effective intro text and headlines for ad creatives. The tool, powered by advanced OpenAI GPT models, takes into account factors like the advertiser’s objective, targeting criteria, and audience to generate up to five headline and ad copy recommendations. These suggestions can be edited by users to align with their brand’s voice. The feature is currently being piloted in North America in English and will expand in terms of functionality, language support, and availability in the future.

LinkedIn aims to streamline the creative process for advertisers, allowing them to jumpstart their campaigns while reducing the time spent on day-to-day tasks. The company plans to enhance creativity and productivity for users by leveraging AI technologies like this Copy Suggestions tool.

Additionally, LinkedIn recently introduced an identity verification feature for Indian users. Through this feature, individuals can have their government-issued IDs verified by LinkedIn’s verification partners, with HyperVerge serving as the third-party verification service in India. The use of DigiLocker, an online wallet for Indian government-issued IDs such as the Aadhaar Card, facilitates the ID verification process.
