BRS MLC K Kavitha labeled her arrest as “illegal” during interactions with the media outside the courthouse where she appeared. Emphatically stating her intent to challenge the arrest in court, she expressed determination to pursue legal recourse.
Before her court appearance, Kavitha’s health underwent evaluation by a team of doctors at the ED Central office, following her arrest in connection with the Delhi liquor policy case. Additionally, precautionary measures, including the imposition of Section 144, were enforced around the vicinity of the ED office in Delhi.
