The most hyped flick RRR is getting released in ten Indian languages including Hindi in next year’s July. However, the Hindi version got its own competition lately from a couple of star heroes. Salman Khan is known for releasing flicks for every Eid. This year, he is releasing his ongoing flick Bharat for the Eid festival and immediately start working for Dabang-3. Apart from these flicks, this star khan is uniting with his old friend Sanjay Leela Bhansali after 19 long years for a flick titled Inshallah and this project is targeted the 2020’s Eid.

Known for Salman’s stamina, this movie will be a huge competitor for RRR’s Hindi version in Bollywood. As this is not enough, Action hero Akshay Kumar and top commercial director Rohit Shetty are collaborating for a high budget entertainer Suryavanshi and this flick will be out on 2020’s Eid as well in competition with RRR and Inshallah. Provided the competition is heavy, Rajamouli has to think twice before locking horns with such big stars in Bollywood.

Meanwhile, the entire team of RRR is busy with the regular shooting. Heroes Ram Charan and Taarak are sweating it out in the erected sets. Directed by visionary maker Rajamouli, this movie is bankrolled by DVV Danayya with 400 crores of budget.

It is not an exaggeration to state that the Online Streaming websites are taking over the theatres these days. So the TPFC has got some new rules to save distributors and to cut down a slack on these online platforms.

All the newly released flicks are getting available from 4 weeks from the day of their release on streaming engines like Amazon, Netflix, JioTv, Zee5 etc these days. One cannot blame these online platforms as producers are the ones who sold the digital rights for whopping prices agreeing to their clauses. But this is affecting the collections of theatres and leading losses to the distributors.

To cut down the loss, the Telugu Film Producers Council who are furious on these sites have come up with a new rule. According to that rule, any streaming site should not release their digital copy of the movie on or before 8 weeks from the day of its release. This rule comes into effect from 1st of April and it proved to be successful as Bollywood is applying the same rule since ages.

Now the producers will rewrite the digital rights contract and ensure that the flick shall not available for the first two months of its release before. This is a good move by the TFPC where the theatre owners and producers can be benefited.

The Bigg Boss Telugu makers are looking forward to continuing the hit streak of the reality show’s season. As a result, they are in search of a big celebrity to carry the buzz. Thanks to NTR Jr, the Bigg Boss Telugu had a fantastic start. However, Natural Star Nani failed to reach the bar set by the Taarak but Kaushal Army ensured the daily drama and controversies. To bring more hype, the makers of BB Telugu are now bringing in much more controversial celebrities to for season three and to host them, they are in touch with the King Nagarjuna.

Known for his natural hosting, Nag already impressed the small screen with Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu and he still maintains good relations with the Star Maa management. So he is more likely to sign the contract and host the season three which would have more controversial players than season two. Initially, NTR Jr was contacted to host the season three but the prior got engaged with RRR. Also, they asked Victory Venkatesh who graced the BB Season Two Grand Finale’s Chief guest but the latter got other commitments. One has to wait and see if Nag accepts this offer or not.

The fabulous Mega-Nandamuri multi-starer RRR is ringing bells among the top makers of Indian Film Industry for its stunning combination and visionary maker. Such a project is now getting amazing competition to acquire Hindi distribution rights.

Baahubali series ended up doing a mammoth 2000 crores of business due to the fact that the star maker Karan Johar distributed it across North India. Karan happened to know about the project RRR and he is showing interest to distribute this flick in Hindi just like the Baahubali to gain huge profits. To Karan’s surprise, this time the entertainment giant Reliance Entertainments is looking forward to bagging the rights of RRR and they even offered mind-boggling price to the producer DVV Danayya.

Now the ball is in the court of Rajamouli whether to give away the rights to his good friend Karan Johar or gain more profits by selling the rights to the Reliance Entertainments. The project is currently in the second big schedule and the two heroes will work in parallel sets. The shooting will be concluded in next year’s January by giving a good 6 months for the post-production works. June 26 is the D-Day for this 400 plus crores budgeted periodic fiction drama.

The Youth Icon Vijay Devarakonda is coming up with Dear Comrade this Summer. The teaser which got released the other day had already sunk into the fans. But the so called film buffs point out at VD’s characterization in particular. The teaser showcased VD in yet another intense student leader who is completely indulged in college politics and fist fights. This rebel attitude is followed by a romantic smooch and the pair of geetha govindam appeared full hot yet again.

If we watch the teaser twice, one gets a feel that the makers are indeed continuing the trend of Arjun Reddy and more or less Vijay carried out his swag same like in his cult flick. It is nice to take inspiration from a blockbuster but then the hero might give monotony to his fans and movie lovers. Analysts are opining that the story better be different to that of Arjun Reddy or else the flick may backfire. This flick is directed by Bharath kamma and bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers. Rashmika Mandanna is the female lead and makers are releasing this flick on 21st of May in all the four South Indian languages.
