Veteran actor, Mohan Babu is all over the news once again. His upcoming film ‘Gayathri’ is slated to release on February 9th. Talking to a news channel, he came up with many interesting aspects about his life.

He is known for being a strict disciplinarian among the Telugu Cinema circles. Many times, he himself accepted that he cannot control his anger if people cross their line in front of him. When asked about his sons, being dragged into the recent drug peddling case, the actor and family maintained their dignified silence. But he talked about it in the interview. He said, “When people start pointing fingers at them and alleged his son’s involvement in a drugs case, I called them into my room and asked them”.

Further continuing, he said, “If they got involved in such a case, I would myself have asked them to surrender to police and took strict action that they do not repeat such misbehaviour again. Personally, I am disturbed that such malicious things have entered into our film industry. Fortunately, my sons stayed out of it owing to all the qualities that we imbibed into them as parents”.

Speaking about his film Gayathri, he said he worked very hard. He also is a part of three fights sequences. He took it as a challenge after his son Vishnu teased him that he can do only one fight.

Nandamuri Balakrishna has been quite busy with back-to-back film shooting in the past few months. After the competition of Paisa Vasool shooting, he immediately started the Jai Simha shooting the very next day. Given his age (57), the actor suffered minor injury to his right shoulder. The extreme working condition did substantial damage to the hero’s right shoulder. In fact, this forced him to undergo a minor shoulder surgery. Nandamuri Balakrishna, who is currently working on the ‘NTR’ film had undergone the minor should surgery in Continental Hospitals, Hyderabad.

The Nandamuri hero was discharged today morning, post his speedy recovery from the surgery. The doctors advised the Balakrishna to take a break from shooting any action sequences for the next few weeks accordingly. Moreover, the doctors advised him to take complete rest for 1 week.

Close sources to the hero-turned-politician confirmed that ‘NTR movie shooting will begin in August 2018, and meanwhile, Balakrishna would be busy with his political engagements. Balakrishna’s Sankranti release, ‘Jai Simha’ collected 50 crores at the box office and emerged as a hit.

Pan India star Prabhas is working restlessly for his ongoing flick Saaho. This flick which is being made as a bilingual is getting delayed due to a primary reason. A close source from this project explains everything.

Already Saaho which is announced for this Summer has officially postponed to October. Now it came to know that the flick will move to next year due to heavy graphics work. The maker Sujeet in order to match up the expectations and to be on par with international cinema has designed huge episodes. Under the supervision of Hollywood stuntman Kenny Bates, a 20 plus minutes action chase sequence is under production in Abu Dhabi. Also, the movie has 30 minutes of VFX Works and it takes almost four months in the post-production. All in all the movie will be out for 2019 Sankranthi.

Meanwhile, the unit will finish Abuu Dhabi schedule and move to the USA. The makers are in talks with Big visual studios for making VFX works. The director Sujeeth is also looking forward to beating Hollywood flicks with Saaho. In order to satisfy Prabhas fans, he assures a blockbuster despite the delay.

This movie is bankrolled by UV Creations with almost 150 crores of the budget. Shraddha Kapoor is the female lead. Neil Nithin is the main antagonist. Shankar Eshaan Loy is scoring music and bank ground score for this work.

Sai teamed up with mass director V.V Vinayak for his next to score a hit in order to get back in form. On the other hand, Vinayak is also working hard to prove himself that he can get a blockbuster after getting an industry hit like Khaidi No:150. Thus he along with the assistance of his close associate writer Akula Siva came up with Intelligent. The entire team worked hard and completed this flick within no time. After releasing the teaser and theatrical trailer, the makers have unveiled the most awaited video song promo of Chamak Chamak Cham song. After Pawan Kalyan’s catastrophic outing with ‘Agnyaathavaasi’ another senior star hero, Ravi Teja is soon to join him. After PK’s film theatrical rights were sold for a staggering sum of Rs 129 crores, the film managed to collect Rs 60 crores as distributor’s share.

Ravi Teja who had a good comeback with ‘Raja the Great’, is also on the same path. ‘Touch Chesi Chudu’ theatrical rights were sold for Rs 25 crores. Given Ravi Teja’s recent hit ‘Raja the Great’, the buyers were confident that they can get good ROI (Return on Investment).

Upon the film’s release, the film was heavily criticized for its pale, repetitive and monotonous storyline, by both the audience and critics alike. Even Ravi Teja’s rocking performance did not save the film.

Currently, Touch Chesi Chudu distributor’s share is Rs 7 crores, against Rs 25 crores shelled for its rights. With various films lined up for the weekend, Ravi Teja’s ‘Touch Chesi Chudu’ can barely collect Rs 12 crores, putting over 50% of buyers’ investment at stake. This would be the 2nd biggest disaster in 2018 after PK’s Agnyaathavaasi.

This sensational director has grabbed all the attention with his most controversial short flick GST. Titled as God Sex and Truth, this movie has been made starring porn star Mia Malkova as the sole and main lead. After the release of its trailer, many women welfare associations and media channels fumed fire on this director and accused him of playing cheap tactics by marketing porn. Whatever might be the case, this flick was made as a short flick and was officially released on Mia Malkova’s official website along with an online video marketing site for a couple of dollars. Initially, there has been very low subscriptions, but thanks to Indian media channels and government, the subscriptions raised like anything. The government imposed a rate to watch along with the tax which only helped the movie.
