Everyone was shocked with hero Vishal announcing his political entry. The hero who is often seen involved in controversies and issues within the film industry took everyone by surprise after he filed his nomination papers to contest for the RK Nagar assembly seat. Many people have expressed doubt behind Vishal’s political entry. His political entry came in amidst of his film career that is going well. He has 3-4 films in his hand currently. AIDMK party leader Madhusudan alleged that TTV Dinakaran is behind Vishal’s political entry.

Political leaders from various political parties already started their attack on the film hero. ‘Vishal has been in severe financial crisis from past few years. In order to the settle financially, he agreed to come into politics with backing from Sasikala and Dinakaran,’ said AIDM party members.

Many people in the political sphere expressed a similar opinion that Sasikala is behind Vishal’s hero entry. On the contrary, Vishal reinstated that he is not backed by anyone, and he is into politics only to serve the people of Tamil Nadu. Ignoring whether Vishal would win or lose in the upcoming elections for the RK Nagar constituency, people are more interested in who is backing Vishal.

His recent film ‘Jaya Janaki Nayaka’ starring young hero Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas and Rakul Preeth Singh has been a decent grosser at the box office. He is ready for his next film with Mega power star Ram Charan.

The latest buzz in the film industry is that Boyapati Srinu has also made a decision about his next film post his film with Ram Charan. According to some trusted sources, it is learned that Boyapati’s next film would be with Nandamuri Balakrishna. The both have collaborated for Simha and Legend films in the past.

Even Balakrishna wanted to do his 100th film with Boyapati. But the Nandamuri hero put Boyapati on hold after he felt that a script like ‘Gautamiputra’ would be more sensible for his 100th film.

Balakrishna has reportedly liked the storyline of the film. Boyapati – Balakrishna film would is expected to go onto sets in the second half of 2018. It is learned that even Mahesh Babu will also be playing a guest role in the film.

After creating a sensation with ‘Arjun Reddy’ in Tollywood, it looks like hero Vijay Devarakonda has also learned the knack of attracting the neighboring state audience and film fraternity. He attended as chief guest to the audio release of the Kannada film ‘Chamak’. ‘Golden star’ Ganesh and Kirik Party Saanvi are the hero and heroine in the film.

Speaking at the event, Vijay Devarakonda said, ‘after my film, Pelli Choopulu ran for 100 days, with a hint of proudness, I googled about Golden Star Ganesh. ‘The state of Karnataka has introduced great cricketers and actors to the nation. Cricketers like Anil Kumble, Javagal Srinath, Rahul Dravid, Venkatesh Prasad and many others have come from Tamil Nadu. Dil Raju recently announced his latest project ‘Srinivasa Kalyanam’. The film is being directed by ‘Shatamanam Bhavati’ fame director Satish Vegesna. Nithin and Pooja Hegde will be playing the lead roles in the film. A shocking news has cropped up about the heroine role in this film lately.

It is a common practice that Dil Raju chooses a hero and a heroine for his film, and goes to any extent to cast them in his film. Dil Raju initially wanted Jr NTR to play the lead role in ‘Srinivasa Kalyanam’. He finally had to settle with Nithin as the hero. Similarly, he wanted to cast Sai Pallavi as the heroine. This is also due to the agreement which the Dil Raju and Sai Pallavi had. According to the agreement, Sai Pallavi should act in two films under the production of Dil Raju.

When the director approached Sai Pallavi with the script, the heroine was not impressed. She felt that her character had less importance and less screen space. It is even reported that Sai Pallavi decided to only act in films that have importance to her character.

Dil Raju clearly stated that it is impossible to change the script to accommodate Sai Pallavi, and has chosen Pooja Hegde as the replacement. Possibly for the first time, Dil Raju has gone against his wish. And many people are criticizing Sai Pallavi for rejecting Dil Raju’s film. It was Dil Raju who had introduced Sai Pallavi to the Telugu Film Industry.

Star Producer Dil Raju shocked everyone after he purchased the complete distribution rights for the film ‘Toliprema’ starring Varun Tej. He purchased the rights from the film’s producer BVSN Prasad for a high price. Expectations on the film doubled after the production unit used Pawan Kalyan’s super hit film ‘Toliprema’ as the title of the film. The film is being directed by Venki Atluri. Though Dil Raju himself wanted to produce the film, the film went into the hands of BVSN Prasad.

The title  ‘Toliprema’ is also one of the main reasons behind Dil Raju buying the complete distribution rights. It is learned that Dil Raju is coming up with a unique strategy in selling the distributing rights after seeing the fierce competition to grab the rights for each specific region.

Dil Raju himself will be distributing the film in Nizam area. He would be selling the rights for each specific region rather than giving to a single holder for multiple regions. The film is expected to release in February 2018. With Dil Raju into the action, the film’s craze has been on the uptrend.

Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s ‘Agnathavasi’ film hasn’t completed it shooting. Everyone expected that the film’s shooting has come to an end after its last schedule was completed in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.

It was initially heard that the film’s shooting will be completed by October 2017. Later, the production team officially announced that the shooting will be completed by November. And now, it is understood that the shooting will continue even for the next 10 days.aganathavasi

Pawan Kalyan will be seen as an IT Employee in the film. The film’s shooting is currently taking place in the premises of ‘Amazon’ office in Hyderabad. This leg of shooting is expected to take at least a week to 10 days. It is learnt that the director has planned this shoot on the main cast.

The fans expressed their worry about the release date of the film, with the film still in the shooting phase. ‘The film’s shooting will be completed by the end of this week, or by next Monday or Tuesday. Key scenes are being re-shot on the main cast. There would be no delay in the release of the film,’ said a close source to the production unit.

Going back 16 years in time, it is 2001 Sankranti. Films of three-star heroes released for the Telugu festival. Megastar Chiranjeevi came as Mrugaraju, Natasimha Balakrishna came as Narasimha Naidu and Victory Venkatesh came as Deviputrudu. Balakrishna’s film ‘Narasimha Naidu’ came as the top grosser and went on to create many Tollywood records that year.

The film stood out as one of the top grosser for the year 2001. The film elevated the graph of Balakrishna. Chinni Krishna who has written the story for the film has been instrumental in the film’s success. Known for directing faction-themed movies, B Gopal showed his directorial skills in elevating the action scene and sentimental scenes.

The latest buzz in Tollywood is that Chinni Krishna is back with a story for Balakrishna. ‘He is busy preparing the script for the sequel to Narasimha Naidu. The script is almost nearing completion,’ said a close source to the writer.

If Chinni Krishna manages to impress Balakrishna with his script, then there are high chances for a sequel to the super hit movie Narasimha Naidu. It is unsure whether B Gopal would be roped in or a new director will be looked after in this sequel.

Muralidharan, one of India’s acclaimed cinematographer was signed to work for Jai Lava Kusa film starring Jr NTR. The film was directed by Bobby. Muralidharan previously worked for PK and 3 Idiots. Muralidharan reportedly left the project after a spat with the director was reported. Later, Chota K Naidu was roped in his place.

The same is likely to happen even in the upcoming film Sye Raa. Another acclaimed cinematographer, Ravi Varman was roped in for the high-budget historical film. It is heard that Ravi Varman might walk away from the project due to some unknown reasons. The Sye Raa team is yet to take a decision on his replacement. These are just two examples in recent times. The same has been happening for a long time in Telugu film industry.

A famous cinematographer who worked in Bollywood is expected work for the Trivikram – Jr NTR film. It is also learned that the cinematographer is equally enthusiastic and interested to work with Trivikram and Jr NTR. Only time can tell whether their collaboration will progress our fall-out. A Tamil film is all set to release after 7 years since its date of completion. The film titled ‘Kalavadiya Pozhuthugal’ featuring Prabhu Deva and Bhumika Chawla in lead roles is slated to release in this month. Though the film has completed its shooting and post-production work in the year 2010, the film’s producer has not been able to release the film due to some reasons.

Speaking at a press meet, the producer of the film Karunakaran stated that, ‘I know it’s been a long while since we started the film. We were not able to release on time. The film will be released in this month.’

‘After I narrated the film’s story to Prabhu Deva sir, he immediately gave his nod and signed the contract papers to work on the film with us. I am sure that the film would be a treat for all kinds of audience and for all ages,’ said the film’s director Thangar Bachchan.

Prabhu Devi is currently directing Salman Khan starrer ‘Dabangg 3’ in Bollywood. He is also acting in few Tamil films as a character artist and even hero.

Pawan Kalyan’s starrer ‘Agnathavasi’ is taking the Telugu Film Industry by storm. After setting a record for the highest satellite rights in Telugu, the film has recently broken the records of Baahubali and Dhangal. ‘Agnathavasi’ would be released in the most number of overseas location any other Indian film in the past.

Baahubali was released in 126 locations, Khaidi No.150 in 74 locations, Kabali in 73 locations and Dhangal in 69 overseas locations. If the reports are true, the makers of Agnathavasi have struck a deal to release the film in 209 overseas locations. This would be the highest for any film in the history of Indian Cinema.

The film has already generated a pre-release business of Rs 120 crores. The makers will soon launch an innovative marketing technique for the film. The film is being produced by N Radhakrishna on Harika and Hassine Creations. Trivikram is directing the movie. Keerthi Suresh and Anu Immanuel will be playing opposite Pawan Kalyan in the film. Pawan Kalyan would be seen as an IT Employee in the film. The film is slated to release on January 10th 2018.
