The title for the film releasing in the combination of mega hero Varun Tej and director Venki Atluri has been confirmed as ‘Toliprema’. Though the production unit has been considering the title right from the very beginning, many people have expressed their doubts. ‘Toliprema’ became as one of the landmark films in Pawan Kalyan’ career. The film not only went on to become an industry hit but also established Pawan Kalyan as the leading contender among other heroes in his generation.

‘It would be impossible for mega hero Varun Tej to reach the achieve the success what Pawan Kalyan achieved with ‘Toliprema’. That’s the reason we were highly skeptical about the film being titled as Toliprema’, said a source close to the production house.

Another mega hero Sai Dharam Tej was also in the race for the title of Toliprema. With the producer and director of this film zeroing to Toliprema, Varun Tej managed to grab it. The mega fans are already having high expectations on the film after the director confirmed that, ‘the film will surely live up to the expectations and the title aptly suits it.’ Pawan Kalyan is expected to grace the audio function of mega hero Varun Tej ‘Toliprema’. Rashi Khanna is acting alongside Varun Tej in this film.

It looks like Superstar Mahesh Babu has gone on the back foot. Though this move can be termed as a safe game by Mahesh Babu, the film industry is quiet about the actor’s recent decision. Mahesh Babu is currently acting in ‘Bharat Ane Nenu’ movie, directed by Koratala Siva.

The film would feature a social-political drama along with values for family relationships and emotions. The film was initially expected to release for 2018 Sankranti on January 10th 2018. But due to the delay in the schedule the film’s release date was shifted to April 27th, clashing with Allu Arjun starrer ‘Na Peru Surya, Na Illu India’. The producer of Mahesh Babu film, DVV Danayya, and producer of Allu Arjun film, Bunny Vasu are in talks about the both the films’ release.

Shocking the both, out of the blue moon came the announcement of Lyca Productions that Rajinikanth’s 2.0 will be released on April 27th. Fearing the drop in collections, both Danayya and Vasu have lashed out at the Lyca Productions.

Seeing the whole scenario, it is learned that Mahesh Babu advised DVV Danayya to release the film ahead of 2 weeks and be in a safe zone. The hero reportedly promised to give more dates for the completion of the film as soon as possible. It looks like Mahesh has found a way to save his film after taking back foot.

Aachari America Yatra Competes Bhagmathi

Anushka is eagerly waiting for her upcoming release ‘Bhagamathi’. The film is directed by ‘Pilla Zamindar’ fame G. Ashok on a massive budget of Rs. 30 crores. The film was initially slated to release for 2018 Sankranti. Post the release of films like ‘Agnathavasi’ starring Pawan Kalyan, and ‘Jayasimha’ starring Nandamuri Balakrishna, the film’s release date has been pushed to January 26th, 2018, coinciding with the Republic Day. But interestingly, a hero from a popular film-clan is all set to clash with Anushka with his new film’s release.

The hero is none other than Manchu Vishnu. The hero is currently acting in the film ‘Aachari America Yatra’. G. Nageshwar Reddy is directing the film. Manchu Vishnu and Nageshwar Rao have previously collaborated on films like ‘Denikaina Ready’ and ‘Edo Rakam, Vado Rakam’ in the past. Both the films have performed decently at the box office.

In the new film, Brahmanandam will be seen playing a key role in the film. ‘Kanche’ fame Pragya Jaiswal will be seen as the heroine in the film. The film’s release date has been confirmed on January 26th, 2018 commemorating the birthday of the director today. The film is currently on the last leg of its shooting.

One has to wait and see whether Anushka will overtake Manchu Vishnu on the Republic Day battle on the Silver Screen!

Yesteryear actress, Kushboo is who is busy doing character roles will also be seen in the Pawan Kalyan starrer ‘Agnathavasi’. Ace director Trivikram Srinivas is directing the film. Kushboo is playing an important role in the film.

The actress took to Twitter to express her emotions after she has completed her shoot and it is really hurting to leave the production team and go. She also posted a selfie her and Trivikram together.

‘I completed the shooting for my role in the film. It really hurts and pains to say goodbye to some people. The ‘Agnathavasi’ unit is one of them. I completed my last schedule of shooting. Tears rolled in my eyes while I was leaving the shooting spot. Cinematographer (director of photography) Manikandhan is really a very sweet person. I wish all success for the film,’ said the actress in an emotional tweet.

Along with her selfie with Trivikram, Kushboo also tweeted, ‘I am very happy to work with Trivikram. His simplicity, the encouragement he gives to artists is very commendable. I was shocked seeing his ability to get the best out from the actors. I am really thankful to Pawan Kalyan for being such a warm and loving co-star to work with.’

Pawan Kalyan’s ‘Agnathavasi’ is slated to release on January 10th 2018. Keerthi Suresh and Anu Immanuel are starring opposite Pawan Kalyan.

Writer cum Director, BVS Ravi who recently directed ‘Jawaan’ starring Sai Dharam Tej and Mehreen Pirzada in the lead roles lashed at people who are pirating the content.

‘It took 2 years to develop the story. I traveled with the hero 24 hours a day and convinced him to act in the film. With this support and crores money from the producers’ pockets, we were able to complete the film. On the same day of the release, the pirated movie CD’s are being played in buses and are available online. Why don’t you value our hard work and respect our films?

I am scared on every Friday morning. I am scared about which producer would become the victim of piracy. Out of 100 films that release in a calendar year, hardly 20 of them have a successful run. In those 20 films, only 10 films manage to generate profits. The distributors sell their properties and display the films in the theatres. Everyone from the light boy to the person working at a theatre cycle-stand, work hard to bring the film from ‘Idea’ to the ‘Screen’.

As far as I am concerned, piracy to the film industry is more dangerous than AIDS itself,’ said BVS Ravi during a special press meet. His recent directorial venture, ‘Jawaan’ is having a good run at the box office.

The director is also scouting for a powerful title for Jr. NTR’s film. It was rumoured that Trivikram is looking at the title ‘Soldier’ for the film. According to the latest reports, it is learnt that Dil Raju has given another opportunity for ‘Mahanubhavudu’ director Satish Vigesan. The director has come up with a story recently to the producer. Both have agreed upon the lead cast in the film.

The film is titled as ‘Srinivasa Kalyanam’. Nithin would be playing the male lead in the film. Dil Raju feels that Pooja Hegde, who rose to fame with DJ (Duvvada Jagannadham) will be best suited for the heroine role in the film. After the production team approached Pooja Hegde, the heroine reportedly demanded 1 crore as remuneration to act in the film. 

Producer Dil Raju agreed to the remuneration quoted by Pooja Hegde going by his gut feeling that she would be an asset to the film. ‘Srinivasa Kalyanam’ is slated to release in the last quarter of the next year.
