The star shuttler shared a pic of hers with ‘Pushpa’ actor Allu Arjun in the same frame. The picture of the two personalities has taken the Internet by storm with the loving comments from their fans flooded in the comment section.

The moment of the day came when Sindhu, who is the first-ever Indian woman to win two Olympic medals, was captured with the stylish star Allu Arjun at the engagement ceremony of industrialist Nimmagadda Prasad’s son Nikhil in Hyderabad.

At the event, Allu Arjun yet again brings up his uber cool look while he wore a black blazer on a white shirt paired perfectly with white shoes while on the other hand, Sindhu wore a beautiful lehenga.

While posting the picture, Sindhu captioned it – “With the stylish star @alluarjunonline.”

Allu Arjun’s ‘Pushpa – The Rise’ has crossed the Rs 300 crore mark worldwide and the star is all set for ‘Pushpa 2’.

According to online sources, Ram Pothineni, who has been in a relationship for a while now, will make an announcement regarding his marriage soon.

The ‘iSmart Shankar’ actor, is in love with his school classmate for years now, and it has since been reported that both families have approved of their relationship. They’re going to get married soon.

Ram Pothineni’s wedding is expected to take place in either August or September. The marriage’s other details are being kept secret for the time being.

Ram Pothineni’s next acting project is the action drama ‘The Warrior’, set for release in July, in which he will play the major character.

With the 2006 film ‘Devadasu’, Ram Pothineni made his acting debut, earning the Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut – South. Since then, he has appeared in superhit movies like ‘Ready’, ‘Vunnadhi Okate Zindagi’, ‘Kandireega’, ‘Pandaga Chesko’, ‘Nenu Sailaja’, and ‘iSmart Shankar’.

Rajat Kapoor’s ‘RK/Rkay’ hits theatre screens on July 22

Actor-filmmaker Rajat Kapoor’s upcoming film ‘RK/Rkay’ starring Mallika Sherawat and Kubbra Sait is all set to release on July 22.

The film tells the tale of an anxious director (RK) who has finished shooting his new film, but things are not looking very bright at the edit table. He has an impending sense of doom.

As luck would have it, his worst nightmare comes true when he gets a disturbing phone call from the editing room saying the protagonist of the film jumped out off the screen, wresting control of the movie’s plot.

The comedy film has already been screened and appreciated at several international festivals including Shanghai International Film Festival, River To River Festival in Florence, Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival, Austin Film Festival, and Pune International Film Festival.

Talking about the film, Rajat said: “‘RK/Rkay’ is an idea that had been with me for the last 10 years almost. Slowly it evolved to find its present form. It’s a mad film…and I mean that in the best possible meaning of mad. It is unconventional, it is wacky and fun, and has a distinct taste. Can’t wait to share this with our audience..”

The film produced by Priyanshi Films (Priyam Srivastava and Harshita Karkare) stars Mallika Sherawat, Kubbra Sait, Ranvir Shorey, Manu Rishi Chadha, Chandrachoor Rai, Abhijeet Deshpande, Abhishek Sharma, Grace Girdhar, and Vaishali Malhara in key roles.

Allari Naresh collaborates with Vijay Kanakamedala again after ‘Naandhi’

Actor Allari Naresh and director Vijay Kanakamedala will work together again for a new movie that was formally unveiled Monday with the working title of ‘NareshVijay2’.

The duo had earlier worked together on the critically acclaimed and financially successful film ‘Naandhi’.

The film will be produced by Sahu Garapati and Harish Peddi of Shine Screens, who have worked on a number of intriguing projects, including ‘Krishnarjuna Yuddham’, ‘Majili’, ‘Gaali Sampath’, and ‘Tuck Jagadish’.

Vijay Kanakamedala, who developed a distinctive plot for his first film ‘Naandhi’ as a filmmaker, has written a compelling script for his second film, which is touted to be a new-age action thriller.

In yet another challenging part, Naresh will appear in a titular role in their upcoming combination.

Actor ‘Poo’ Ram hospitalized after a heart attack

Well-known Tamil actor ‘Poo’ Ram, who has acted in several critically acclaimed Tamil films, on Monday was admitted here after he suffered a heart attack.

Actor Kaali Venkat, who was among those who broke the news to others, wished the veteran actor a speedy recovery. Taking to Twitter, he said, “Recover swiftly and return comrade!”

Venkat also went on to give details of what had happened and said that ‘Poo’ Ram, who is also a renowned street play artiste, had suffered a heart attack and that he was in a critical condition. Venkat went on to say that Ramu was receiving treatment in the Intensive Care Unit of the Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital and gave out the ward and bed numbers of the actor.

‘Poo’ Ram shot to the limelight for his brilliant performance in director Sasi’s film ‘Poo’, which featured actress Parvathy and actor Srikanth in the lead. His performance in the film became his identity and he was known as ‘Poo’ Ram. The veteran actor has been a part of several critically acclaimed blockbusters such as ‘Pariyaerum Perumal’, ‘Karnan’ and ‘Soorarai Pottru’.

Tamil movie ‘D3’ is about a series of events that happen in a day!

Director Balaaji’s upcoming thriller ‘D3’, which features actors Prajin and Vidya Pradeep in the lead, will be about a series of events that happen in just a day.

Giving out details of his film, Balaji says, “I have created the story based on a real incident that I got to learn of and about which the public isn’t aware. This element will keep the screenplay racy from beginning till end.”

On the experience of shooting ‘D3’, the director says, “We have shot the movie despite serious challenges posed by nature. We started shooting the movie during the non-rainy season in Kuttralam. However, despite this, 70 percent of our shooting days had a heavy downpour of rain. We had to complete filming, overcoming this challenge.”

“When we had finished 60 percent of the shooting, Covid-19 hit the world, and a 30-year-old actor, who had played a prominent role in the film, passed away due to Corona. Due to this, we had to reshoot his entire portion with another actor.

“Similarly, we had planned to shoot a few scenes in a famous hospital in Chennai. The cost of renting the place was Rs 2.5 lakh per day. On the morning of the shoot, we had made all arrangements when we got the disappointing news that actor Varghese Mathew, who had landed at the Chennai airport from Hyderabad, had tested positive for Covid-19.

“We had no other option but to cancel the shoot. Such has been the challenges that we faced during the filming of D 3.”

Manoj of Bmass Entertainments and Samuel Godson of JKM Productions have jointly produced the film ‘D3’, the title look of which was revealed by filmmaker Venkat Prabhu recently.

While actor Charlie plays an important character, others in the cast include Varghese Mathew and ‘Mogamull’ Abhishek.
