Mahesh Babu, who shared this picture, captioned it, “Summer nights… city lights! Life in NYC.” Post his blockbuster hit ‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’, Mahesh has dedicated all of his dates to his family vacation.

Soon after arriving in Hyderabad, the actor would start working on Trivikram’s upcoming film. Actress Pooja Hegde will be seen in the female lead role opposite Mahesh Babu. Mahesh will also act under ‘Baahubali’ director S.S. Rajamouli in the near future.

Tamil movie ‘D3’ is about a series of events that happen in a day!

Director Balaaji’s upcoming thriller ‘D3’, which features actors Prajin and Vidya Pradeep in the lead, will be about a series of events that happen in just a day.

Giving out details of his film, Balaji says, “I have created the story based on a real incident that I got to learn of and about which the public isn’t aware. This element will keep the screenplay racy from beginning till end.”

On the experience of shooting ‘D3’, the director says, “We have shot the movie despite serious challenges posed by nature. We started shooting the movie during the non-rainy season in Kuttralam. However, despite this, 70 percent of our shooting days had a heavy downpour of rain. We had to complete filming, overcoming this challenge.”

“When we had finished 60 percent of the shooting, Covid-19 hit the world, and a 30-year-old actor, who had played a prominent role in the film, passed away due to Corona. Due to this, we had to reshoot his entire portion with another actor.

“Similarly, we had planned to shoot a few scenes in a famous hospital in Chennai. The cost of renting the place was Rs 2.5 lakh per day. On the morning of the shoot, we had made all arrangements when we got the disappointing news that actor Varghese Mathew, who had landed at the Chennai airport from Hyderabad, had tested positive for Covid-19.

“We had no other option but to cancel the shoot. Such has been the challenges that we faced during the filming of D 3.”

Manoj of Bmass Entertainments and Samuel Godson of JKM Productions have jointly produced the film ‘D3’, the title look of which was revealed by filmmaker Venkat Prabhu recently.

While actor Charlie plays an important character, others in the cast include Varghese Mathew and ‘Mogamull’ Abhishek.

Apparently, he has become a regular guest at mega khandaan after recently he partied with Megastar Chiru and Universal hero Kamal Haasan at the former’s residence.

‘Full House’ star Jodie Sweetin pushed by LAPD at pro-choice protest

‘Full House’ star Jodie Sweetin was shoved by a Los Angeles Police Department officer while attending a rally protesting the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, which has effectively ended federal protections of abortion rights.

According to ‘Variety’, a video of Saturday’s incident began to make the rounds online after it occurred.

The footage depicts an LAPD officer grabbing and pushing Sweetin before the actress falls forward to the ground. A group of fellow protestors quickly rushes to help Sweetin up, while others admonish the line of police officers. The incident appears to occur along a freeway exit that the protesters had blocked.

“What the f**k is wrong with you guys?” yells one protester before a chant of “No justice, no peace” breaks out.

A representative for Sweetin confirmed that the actress and activist was the person featured in the footage.

“I’m extremely proud of the hundreds of people who showed up yesterday to exercise their First Amendment rights and take immediate action to peacefully protest the giant injustices that have been delivered from our Supreme Court,” Sweetin said in a statement following the incident.

“Our activism will continue until our voices are heard and action is taken. This will not deter us, we will continue fighting for our rights. We are not free until ALL of us are free.”

On Sunday afternoon, Sweetin also posted a response to the video, which features the caption: “The LAPD just manhandled actress/activist Jodie Sweetin at a pro-choice protest.”

“Thank you for posting. Love everyone out there in the streets fighting for what’s right… #WeKeepUsSafe,” she wrote on Instagram.

Renowned personalities have been protesting the US Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, the landmark ruling that safeguarded women’s reproductive rights.

Michelle Obama had stated in her statement that she was “heartbroken” by the decision.
